We have traveled a great deal, and are so glad to have found Johanna for our recent-past, current and future vacations! She is certainly knowledgeable, and is also very responsive to questions about a booked trip or ideas for future travel. Friends have arranged group trips for us through other agents in the past, and we have found those consistently lacking, unlike the vacations that Johanna has arranged for us. We can't recommend her highly enough!

Johanna is extremely knowledgable, professional and friendly. She responds quickly and provides wonderful recommendations and tips. Johanna booked our hotels, transfers, airfare, tours and train tickets; it was so well organized and detailed! She chose tours specific to our family and the variety of ages; they were top notch without being stuffy and too serious. The hotel accommodations were inviting, comfortable and unique, and, most importantly, they were in perfect locations. We 100% recommend her services and I will definitely book with her again.

As always, professional, knowledgable, adaptive and helpful. Johanna was able to schedule the trip at a moment's notice. We requested some changes be made, and as always, Johanna was able to help. This trip was different given the current climate around the world. Johanna kept us up to date with the latest information and travel restrictions. She provided much needed piece of mind and because of her we were able to enjoy our trip without a worry.

From the onset of our planning with Johanna for a fabulous river cruise, she has been on top of all facets of the trip. Pre cruise and post cruise arrangements were top notch. Johanna spent countless hours researching each countries travel restriction/requirements with respect to Covid, keeping us apprised weekly. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the cruise line and hotel accommodations was spot on. Great followup during travels was much appreciated. AMA Waterways was awesome, thank you!

Johanna knows that I'm picky and also want to secure the best deal possible. I made her work for getting the best possible deal on our river cruises, but it never phased her. This is the third cruise she has booked for us. Definitely pleased with her services. Will be back again when booking a cruise. Thank again, Johanna

I can’t say enough great things about Michelle with Holiday Plan-it. She has planned three group cruises for me and my family and friends, and each one has been smooth, well-organized, and an amazing experience from start to finish. Michelle is professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond. She made group travel feel easy by handling all the details and keeping everything on track. If you’re looking for a travel advisor you can truly trust, I highly recommend Michelle at Holiday Plan-it. I wouldn’t book a cruise without her!

Michelle has been professional, responsive, and thoughtful throughout both cruises we've enjoyed. There were no questions she couldn't handle and was happy to call the cruise line if needed. I appreciate her quick response times and her level of customer service. I would not hesitate to use the Holiday Planit travel agency for future travel.

Michelle at Holiday Plan-it has been fantastic to work with. We’ve joined in on two group cruises she planned, and both experiences have been smooth and well organized. She handles all the details from booking coordination to keeping everyone informed, which makes group travel feel easy and stress-free.This second cruise we are getting ready to leave for has also been very well planned so far, and everything leading up to it has been clearly communicated and thoughtfully organized. We’ve had great experiences working with her and would definitely plan future trips through her again.

We had a great week long stay at Dreams in Cabo! Marnye assisting with booking the trip made it stress free. She sent us multiple options on where to go that fit our price range and our interests. We decided to go with Dreams and had a great time, with our two teenage kids. Maryne found us flights, the resort and discussed perks of the resort including money to go towards massages. She was so sweet and had great communication! Highly recommend booking anything through her!

Brenda helped book our entire honeymoon and the experience was great. From the trip, flights, hotel, transfer, excursions, and everything between. She was there for us during the trip for anything we needed and made the trip very special. 100% recommend working with her for any travel plans!

I love to tell my clients and friends that I have my own travel agent! Not only does it make me sound professional, but it actually saves me tons of time, which saves me money! I found them when I was attempting to book my own train tickets in Europe. I sat down to try to book it myself, but it was way too confusing and frankly, I needed to spend [my time] elsewhere. What a relief to have an expert quickly sort out the details and make all of my arrangements for me! I was shocked at the deals they were able to get me too! We book all our travel with them, and why shouldn't we! Holiday Planit is our very own personal and corporate Travel Agent!

We had to travel to Orlando for a printing convention, and the opportunity came up during our busiest time of year. I was able to hand off the details of our needs to Brenda and she took care of everything with us. I tend to overprepare for travel I handle myself, and she outdid me with her thoroughness. So glad we got her help!!

First time using Marnye for travel. She took care of every detail plus more! Marnye eliminated our stress for planning a 3+ week trip to Europe. The "Get It All Package" was a great idea and had high value. She really is the best!
